changed interface

hello i changed the layout, not cos i boh tai ji do
but cos i wanted to add that tracker thing (will email psswrd to all) and when i add the fonts will automatically become big.. and i didnt know how to change it..
anyways the right side of this page's equally screwed.. anyone can help on that?
our names are like so far away from the right side, and the tagboard when i tried the align="center" thing, everything moves up. who can help jsut help ok.
